Orders containing made to order pieces such as most jewelry and car freshies, usually ship within the stated shipping time in business days (5-7 business days). If you are requesting a custom item, processing and shipping time may take longer. **Make sure to verify your address. Most items are made to order except clothing and handbags. All in stock items such as clothing, handbags and tumblers, ship within 2-4 business days. Tracking numbers are sent in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that once I ship an item to you, I have no control of the accuracy of arrival time. Please verify shipping address prior to purchase. Once an item is marked shipped, I cannot change the address. If a package is returned to me for whatever reason, you will be responsible for paying for shipping again.
Priority Mail shipping option: When selecting this option, your package will still be processed in the same amount of time (see processing time listed) but will take less time (typically 1-3 business days) in transit than First Class (typically 3-5 business days).
International orders: shipping times will be longer than those listed for domestic mail. I, the seller, am not responsible for any customs fees.
Returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE 10 DAY RETURN WINDOW. No visible signs or smell of wear. If returned items have any obvious signs of wear, you will not receive the credit & will be charged an additional $10 shipping & handling fee to have the item shipped back to you as it no longer meets the standards to re-sell again to a new customer.
Returns are eligible for store credit only in the form of a gift card will be issued back to the email address that the order was placed under.
Exchange available for in stock items only. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me.
Jewelry, freshies, hair accessories , and sale/discounted items are NOT returnable. They are final sale.
Cancellations are not accepted.
